this was good. knowledge is power.. i appreciate that you are trying to spread information about cool stuff like mIRC! it was long and i dont have enough time to read all the way through.. i read the first few "pages".. pretty good. you definitely set out to do what you wanted to. one suggestion for you:
obviously, you deem this information fairly exciting, no? you've gotta get the music to match. that stuff was putting me to sleep! throw in some.. i dont know, moby or something, chemical brothers, whatever - just make sure that, like this current music, it is without vocals - they are distracting.

another suggestion would be to UP the interactivity even more but you don't really need to do that; it would make it easier to pay attention. lots of people have problems paying attention for that long especially with black and white text ;)

not bad, at all. i love that the spaceship had the character of a happy little carefree butterfly, actually. the only problems it had were:
1. the guy hanging off the plane. is that a reference to a movie? i don't remember seeing anything like that in a movie.. ?
2. the alien at the end who.. burns up?.. the script and then the watch comes down and the script re appears, that was all just wierd. when you end the commercial dont have the script appear and disappear. its just.. wierd.

things you could add to it,
1. some dialogue besides bonjour! it was cute, funny, but.. bland. you have audio technology for a very good reason. spice it up.
2. a bit more effort. just to smooth it out a little. your graphics are above average (sadly.. average is pretty bad though).. really they are decent.. they need a bit of work
3. if the commercial could afford to be a little longer.. add another couple of countries. it just makes everything more colorful that way.

what is it with clocks anyway?

especially fruit clocks...

i don't understand.

you guys have some potential here just like most flashes do. if you gave it a plot that would really help a lot. i was bored out of my mind and it was, what, less than a minute long? i don't know. do something to it, or get rid of it.

you have to make the viewer CARE about fruit clocks and that is not an easy task.

i like this a lot! the little guy is a cutie, there is no violence, its got humor, i'd give it a ten, but its sooo short.. add onto it.. it could make number one someday ;D

i like the music, although the lyrics and the animation have nothing to do with each other. the violence was so mild which was good. the stick figure stuff is always easy, so try to pump it up with some color or a different song, one with the same tempo so it'll fit.
